Terms of Service

These terms describe the service provided by Lullventyr LLC (“Lullventyr”, “we”, “us”), how you may use it, and how subscriptions work. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Lullventyr is a storytelling service that narrates a curated library of children’s books using synthetic speech, including narration generated from a voice recording you provide. Generated narration is AI audio — it is a rendering of a story in a voice like yours, not a recording of you reading.
Parts of the service use artificial intelligence, including narration, illustrations and, when you ask us to create a tale, the story text and the chat assistant (together, “AI Content”). AI Content is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected. For example, a word may be mispronounced, an illustration may not match the text, or a generated tale may contain errors or material you find unsuitable for your child.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details safe.
- Children may use Lullventyr only through a parent’s or guardian’s account, under that adult’s supervision and settings.
3. Your voice
- You may record only your own adult voice. Do not upload a child’s voice or another person’s recording. We may close accounts that misuse voice processing.
- You grant us the limited permission needed to process your recording and generate story narration for your own account — and nothing more. Our Privacy Policy describes exactly how recordings are stored and deleted.
4. Stories and content
- The books, illustrations, music, and generated narration are licensed to you for personal, in-family use inside Lullventyr. They may not be redistributed, resold, or published elsewhere.
- We may add, change, or remove titles from the library over time.
5. Subscriptions and billing
- Free and paid plans are described on the pricing page. The price and billing frequency are shown before purchase. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel from account settings before your next renewal to stop future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Prices may change; we will notify you before a change affects your renewal.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to access other people’s data, no unauthorized use of another person’s voice, and no use of generated audio to impersonate anyone.
7. Ending the agreement
You can request account deletion from account settings; the deletion schedule and privacy request options are described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, and we’ll tell you why unless the law prevents it.
8. Questions and content concerns
Review AI-generated stories, images and narration before sharing them with a child. Report incorrect or inappropriate content, billing issues or other concerns to support@lullventyr.com. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable law gives you.
9. Changes
If we make material changes to these terms we’ll post them here and update the date above. We will provide additional notice and obtain agreement where required by law.
